In dialogue with the correspondence archives of De Appel in Amsterdam, this essay-in-airmail-folds draws on feminist practices of letter writing, mail art and listening/sound (Pooh Kaye, Alison Knowles, Pauline Oliveros) to consider the possibilities of feminist historical methods rooted in hearing, sensing, that is expanded atmospheres of affinity through writing.
