Private Passions at work in the Silicon Valley explores the interconnection between architectural interiors of Silicon Valley companies such as Facebook and Google, and the interior subjectivity of the employee who works there. The chapter argues that aesthetics of the interior environment don't represent the company values, they produce the company values.
