The presentation was given in English with simultaneous translation in Korean. The presentation text was published in the conference proceedings in both languages.
The presentation explored the intersection of digital technologies and craft practices in the 21st century in the UK, discussing how perceptions have developed towards making using using machines in post-industrial Britain. It also considered similarities and differences in current craft practice between the UK and Asian countries.
