She is founding director of EXHIBIT (www.exhibit-goldenlane.com), a Community Interest Company (C.I.C.) registered in England which sets up as a social enterprise to support community and cultural development through design; and generate revenues to invest in new design ideas with social purposes. To achieve this, EXHIBIT operates in three commercial arms: EXHIBIT Gallery, EXHIBIT Studio; and EXHIBIT Collection to offer design consultancy for socially innovative businesses and ideas. Governed by the C.I.C constitution, EXHIBIT’s reserves will contribute to projects to improve the quality of life for local communities and part of our profits are dedicated as asset-locked reserves to support our Super Estates Foundation (SEF), a non-profit organisation that we set up with a committee to promote the design and heritage of social housing.
