Cranfield, Ben, 2018, Journal Article, On (Not Being with) Time (Queerly) in Post-War Britain Performance Research, 23 (4). pp. 126-131. ISSN 1352-8165 (In Press)

Abstract or Description:

What is the relationship between non-normative relationships, technology and (not) being with time? In this article the notion of contemporaneity is explored in relation to film, the post-war moment and queerness through Lorenza Mazzetti's 1956 film Together and Giorgio Agamben's ideas of apparatus, the contemporary and the friend.
