Essay on well-known filmmaker and digital artist, inventor of a time-slice camera much used in advertising to freeze time in a panoramic shot. The essay tracks his career from the Slade to his commercial as well as experimental work, but focuses on specific pieces that explore motion through inventive and basic technology.
