Abstract or Description:

With the rising pollution levels due to the transport sector, managing the mobility of people has become one of the toughest environmental and social challenges. This makes sustainability the defining factor for the future of mobility. This paper aims to identify the problems faced by the people in using sustainable modes for daily travel. Digital assistance with special COVID-19 adaptions has been proposed to nudge people towards sustainable mobility by using seven persuasive strategies identified based on the insights from data analysis carried out on the survey undertaken by 90 participants. The results of the study have proved that the new strategies implemented, have a greater impact on changing people's attitudes towards sustainable mobility.
